Profile
Martin practices civil litigation, specializing in the areas of employment law, professional liability, and insurance law. He also represents both employee and employer clients and professional clients practicing in areas such as veterinary medicine and chiropractic care. Additionally, he practices in the areas of occupiers’ liability and personal injury litigation. Martin has appeared before the Ontario Labour Board, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board, the Ontario Health Professions Board, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Education and Experience
With the assistance of Sport Canada’s Athlete Program Scholarship, Martin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in 1993, majoring in political science. In 1999, he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Professional and Business Affiliations
Martin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society.
